Owner & Founder

Anne Pollock

Anne Pollock established Party Mood in 2011 with a wealth of knowledge in the planning and execution of a variety of events.  Since then, she has developed a skilled events team that shares her attention to detail, and passion for excellence.

The business now encompasses event decor rentals, planning, décor styling, a retail party and gift store, as well as a floral shop. The company has grown to work with over 1,000 clients per year for personal events, weddings, business events, conferences, and supplying rentals to the film industry.  

In 2011, seeing the need in the market for a more modern, fresh party style, and identifying a lack of rentals and products available locally to achieve that goal, Anne started collecting and renting items, planning weddings and events, as well as styling them onsite.  She quickly grew her inventory and expertise, and by 2017, she bought and renovated an existing commercial building in Duncan. The new location allowed the business to expand, including the addition of a boutique party and gift shop, and a modern floral shop, along with an expanded rental collection.  Her goal was to be able to offer more full services and options to the local market. 

Anne is a recognized expert in the events and wedding industry, speaking frequently on wedding trends, and the state of the industry. She is also the past Founding President of the Vancouver Island Wedding Industry Association, and a major sponsor of the Cowichan District Hospital Foundation Annual Fundraising Gala.  Anne’s approach is friendly and relaxed.  “It’s the little details and atmosphere that I love creating for events. I’m passionate about growing the business and making our clients happy”.

Temple Greenleaf

Temple loves the creativity that floral design allows and the ability to bring a concept to life. Whether it’s a floral arrangement, a seasonally inspired porch pot, or custom wedding floral arches, she is passionate about what she creates. She has an extensive background in creative work, including baking and selling her delicious specialty cakes.

In 2018, Temple helped establish The Floral Bar by Party Mood and is now our lead floral designer.  She originates from New York and brings a wonderful sense of humour along with her. From the West Coast to the Bahamas, Temple has been designing gorgeous wedding florals.  She understands how to make spaces beautiful and events memorable.

Senior Creative Stylist

Angela Cook

Angela is a lover of all things beautiful. She’s been described as “The Boujee Decorator”. She has a meticulous eye for detail, and she takes great joy in planning and styling just about everything. Whether it’s accessorizing a chic outfit, decorating a charming vignette, throwing a soirée, or an extravagantly luxe event, she does it with precision, style, and grace. Her authenticity and cheerful outlook are sure to bring joy to any event. Another of Angela’s strong points is seeing potential. She is constantly scanning her surroundings for “pretty” and making a mental inventory of its fabulousness—filing the detail away for an upcoming party or event. Angela’s desire to plan and bring visions to life, coupled with her passion for creation, leads to memorable moments for her clients.

Isabella Daviduk

Isabella joined the Party Mood team after moving to the Cowichan Valley in late 2023 and is excited to embark on her next phase of life. Her previous experience in various fields–especially hospitality–has helped Isabella hone her management skill set. Her sharp eye for detail, highly organized mindset, and natural ability to lead make Isabella the perfect candidate for Warehouse Manager.

When she’s not working hard with the Party Mood team, you will find Isabella with family and friends, spending time in nature and channeling her creative, artsy side.

Isabella is excited to be part of an amazing team that will help make your event, whether big or small, a huge success. She looks forward to meeting you!

Kellie joined us when she moved back to the Cowichan Valley, after living for many years in the Lower Mainland. She had raised her family there while building her lengthy career in the beauty industry. However, she was ready to slow things down a bit and turn the page on the next chapter of her life!

Kellie had often talked about how she would like to work in the event planning, rental, and styling industries. In a perfect world, being part of a team that was creative, artistic, detail oriented and most of all FUN! She found that when she was welcomed into the Party Mood Family in the late summer of 2023.

“I have been so fortunate to have worked for many years in an industry that makes people smile, where their day shines a little brighter! I love being a part of helping people feel happy and am so excited that this will carry on, just in a different way.”

Caitlin loves looking after quality control of just about everything around Party Mood.  She can be found anywhere, from packing the vehicles to assisting at an event.  She is always in the know, about where everything needs to go. She has incredible attention to detail, and helps the team maintain excellence.

Robin weiss

Robin has worked with Party Mood from the very beginning, engaged everywhere from the warehouse to onsite event assisting.  Robin was previously the owner of a furniture painting and restoration company, and with that experience comes a wealth of knowledge about caring for and repairing our extensive inventory of party rental decor items to keep them in perfect condition for your next event.
